- Calderdale Sustainability Forum Ltd (the LA21 organisation): Director, and Chair of the Board (and member consequently of the LSP Calderdale Forward board). See the CSF website.
- Calder Future: 'a partnership to improve the River Calder, its tributaries and bankside'. Chair of Calder Future Partnership; director and Chair of Calder Future Ltd. See the Calder Future website.
- Calderdale Climate Change Partnership: awarded a DEFRA 'climate challenge' grant to promote awareness in the district in 2007-8; I was project coordinator. See the Calderdale Climate Challenge website.
- Calderdale Waste Partnership: CSF has also promoted the Calderdale Waste Partnership, of which I am the Chair. See the Recycle for Calderdale website.
- Calderdale Forward: the local strategic partnership - Board member, and also representing CSF on the Calderdale Forward Environmental Partnership.
- Y&H Regional Assembly: I represented Y&H Regional Environment Forum on the Regional Transport Board (from autumn 2006), and Y&H TAR on the Regional Transport Forum. I represented FOE at the Examination in Public into proposed RPG in 2000 & 2004, and into proposed RSS in 2006. I provide FOE input into most of the range of Y&H regional strategies. The Regional Assembly was abolished in Spring 2009.
- Y&H Regional Climate Change Action Plan steering group: I represented the environmental NGOs on this group (concluded 2006).
- NE and Y&H regions: I attend the FOE regional partnership meetings to assist the development of activity by local groups.
